At Remind, I helped scale personalized virtual tutoring as a new line of business, from product vision and zero-to-one features to growth experimentation. After ParentSquare acquired Remind in December 2023, I continued with many of the same teammates to help shape the combined school-communications experience.
Co-led product vision and principles for Remind Tutoring.
Designed a strategic school- and district-facing offering and refined the direct-to-consumer sign-up funnel, contributing an estimated $300K in ARR.
At ParentSquare, designed sign-in experiences and helped establish a more consistent, scalable design system and information architecture.
Lead designer on Clever's newly formed Discovery team, where I worked across educators, administrators, and application partners to find new revenue and product opportunities.
Redesigned School Admin, doubling the feature offering and increasing monthly active users 60%, from 22K to 35K.
Designed Clever Library from scratch; it grew to serve more than 10% of U.S. teachers and expanded more than 3.5x year over year.
Increased App Store lead-generation rate from 0.3% to 2.4% through rapid experimentation and design.
Designed customer experiences across Walmart's native mobile, pickup, checkout, and grocery products.
Led the end-to-end in-store Pickup experience across iOS and Android, supporting new store formats and improved capabilities.
Designed Walmart Pay's iOS and Android payment-drawer interface, helping acquire more than 1 million unique users and earning U.S. design patent D820,850.
Explored and tested checkout and fulfillment concepts for Walmart Grocery.
